1.3. Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1. Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications.

2.2. Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

2.3. Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

3.1. Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support team call us at +91 98929 87319. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

3.2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

3.3. Video Verification: A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, wrong, or missing items in case of returns and exchanges. Please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

3.4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3.5. Return Address: Please ship your item to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2. Processing Time: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4.3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with signs of use or damage.
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4.4. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1. Checking Refund Status: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

5.2. Contacting Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
